Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-07-14
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Sahakosh websites, cooperative dashboards, and member apps (the “Services”). By using the Services you agree to these Terms.
The Services
Sahakosh provides multi-tenant software for cooperatives in Nepal, including member management, KYC workflows, savings and loans tooling, marketplace, events, communications, and related features.
Each cooperative is responsible for how it configures the platform and for the accuracy of data its staff and members enter.
Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials confidential.
Staff accounts are issued by the cooperative or platform administrators. Member accounts are issued according to cooperative processes.
You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify contact@sahakosh.com and your cooperative if you suspect unauthorized access.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Services, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other tenants, upload unlawful content, or violate applicable law.
Cooperatives must use KYC, finance, and member data only for legitimate cooperative purposes and in line with their policies and Nepal law.
Data and privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
Cooperatives remain controllers/processors of their member data as applicable; Sahakosh provides the platform infrastructure.
Fees and availability
Paid plans, if any, are agreed separately with the cooperative or organization that contracts for Sahakosh.
We aim for reliable availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance and outages may occur.
Intellectual property
Sahakosh software, branding, and documentation remain our property or that of our licensors. You retain ownership of content and data you submit, subject to the licenses needed to operate the Services.
Disclaimer and limitation
The Services are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Services will be error-free or meet every cooperative’s regulatory obligations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sahakosh is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Services. Cooperatives remain responsible for financial decisions and regulatory compliance.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, security risk, or non-payment under a separate commercial agreement.
You may stop using the Services at any time. Account deletion may be requested via our Account Deletion form; completion is subject to review and lawful retention requirements.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after the “Last updated” date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
